Husqvarna say the typical mowing time is 135 minutes before the mower has to return automatically to the dock for a 65 minute charge. We’ve found those figures to be pretty spot on.

The maximum incline it can cope with is 24° (45%) and while we’ve nothing near that if you live on the side of an Alpine slope you should be good (430X dimensions are as follows: H 30.8 cm x L 72.1 cm x W 55.8 cm, 13.2 kg).

Včera som išiel na 26. ročník so záhradnou vstupnou prehliadkou, ktorú usporiadala botanická záhrada v Toronte. V tomto roku bolo 19 súkromných záhrad, ktoré boli roztrúsené v Toronto’s Forest Hill, ako aj v štvrtiach South Hill. Ako médiá sme mali možnosť vidieť päť záhrad pred usporiadaným turné, ktoré trvá od 8. do 9. júna. Pokročilé lístky nájdete na webovej stránke Toronto Botanical Garden.

Všetky záhrady boli svojím spôsobom ohromujúce. Obzvlášť ma ohromil zmes typov v každej záhrade. Pivonky boli úplne nádherné – niektoré v plnom kvete, ako aj iné pripravené rozkvitnúť akýkoľvek deň dňa. Dúhovky boli tiež v plnom kvete, rovnako ako japonské javory pridali ohromujúce spektrum červených. Farby boli nekonečné!

Páči sa mi zmes tropických rastlín (Monstera) s tradičnejšími rastlinami, rovnako ako v tomto kvetináči. Výška závodu Monstera, ako aj zubaté obrysy listov Coleus poskytujú kvetináč nervózny pocit.

Rovnako sa mi páčila cesta Alliums v presne tej istej záhrade, zmiešanej s trávami, ako aj s Chinodoxa.

Záhrada so skleníkom bola výnimočná. Nemal som možnosť hovoriť s majiteľom, ale počul som, že to nie je len pre show – majiteľ je vášnivý záhradník a začína všetky svoje rastliny semenami. Skleník dokonale doplnil dom v štýle umenia a remesiel. Bolo zrejmé, že majiteľ bol vynikajúcou hrdosťou na svoju záhradu – každý prvok trávnika bol opatrný. Páči sa mi to.

Musia to byť moje anglické korene, ale vždy som priťahovaný do Wisteria a Clematis. V poslednej záhrade, ktorú sme videli, táto Clematis rástla pozdĺž kamennej steny. Bolo to krásne prerezané na cestu pozdĺž steny. Mäkká ružová bola taká jemná! Vedľajšia poznámka: Ak ste v Toronte, urobte si miesto, kde jazdíte kórejským konzulátom na St. Clair a Avenue Road – Wisteria pozdĺž železného plotu je úplne ohromujúca, môžete získať jedného podobného s kontraktormi Fencing Townsville.
